We assemble your products, giving you transparency and control over the project. Our mass production includes flexible manufacturing, dedicated lines, experienced process engineers, and high visibility on quality.
Are you looking for a reliable contract manufacturer in China to make your product?
Our contract assembly (also known as box build assembly) won’t leave you in the dark about your mass production, your products won’t be made with sub-standard components, and we won’t let quality issues slide and still ship regardless.
You don’t need to accept shoddy manufacturing processes. We understand the pain that foreign importers can go through with Chinese suppliers.
This video answers common questions our customers have BEFORE working with us on a contract assembly project

54 new products (and counting) brought to mass production,
with production volumes from 500 pcs to 15k pcs per batch
> 4 million products & subassemblies shipped since 2018
The contract assembly & mass production features that set us apart:
Our planning system and our process engineering allow for production runs that are ‘high-volume and low-mix’ or ‘low-volume and high-mix’.
We know when to go for a continuous line vs. a cell, and we can troubleshoot issues (defects, scrap …) regarding component productions.
Our inspectors and operators follow checklists and input their findings into a quality IT system, and customers receive these reports immediately.
Our factory includes a clean room, for work on products that have relatively high cleanliness requirements, or when contamination by airborne particles is recognized as a source of quality/safety risk.
We avoid the common pitfalls that are so common in China: lack of standards, structure, and training; paying operators by the piece; unclear decision process, etc…
Issues will come up if your product is really new. R&D designers & engineers often have blind spots. We involve production-focused engineers too, where they bring value.
We have assembled various product types: vaporizers, massage devices, power stations, aftermarket automotive parts, pet products, toy figurines, and many more.
We either keep the critical steps (e.g. flashing the firmware) inside our walls, or we ensure the component supplier doesn’t see the big picture.
Component suppliers and our fabrication & assembly operations comply with relevant regulations. We conduct risk analyses on environmental impact and take steps to reduce it.

Shigeo Shingo, one of the lean manufacturing pioneers, suggest that process engineers should work on the following objectives: making processes “easier, better, faster, cheaper, in that order of priority.” We very much subscribe to that approach with our box build assembly projects. And, in many cases, a process improvement will yield all four of those benefits at the same time!
