  • Dedicated mold storage area
    Tooling is stored on a special system of sturdy shelves that allow for easy pickup, near to the tooling fabrication area and the production workshops.
  • Unique storage address
    Every mold allocated a unique address in the shelving system to aid fast and easy location.
  • IP Protection
    Each mold has a unique reference that includes its project number. By default, we don’t show customer or product names for confidentiality purposes.
  • Annual maintenance
    Like any tool, molds need to be maintained for optimal performance, and our technicians carry out annual maintenance* on your tooling to ensure that it stays in top condition. *This is a billable extra.
  • Inspection before use
    Before tooling is used in any production runs, we put it through an inspection to ensure it is in the best optimal condition.
  • Post-production clean
    After production of the plastic parts, the tool is cleaned and prepared for storage to prevent internal rust and storage degradation.
